Pricing Breakdown
Guests must be registered online by June 20th during your regular registration; we allow split payments.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 6/20/2025 are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations received after 6/20/2025 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the event has commenced. No refunds will be given unless specifically requested. In the case of a state-declared natural emergency, a full refund will be issued. Refund requests due to personal medical emergencies shall be considered based on documentation. In such instances, a full refund may be issued. Refunds will only be made on registration fees paid to NCWM.

The cut-off date for the reservation group discount is June 20th, 2025
We encourage attendees to reserve rooms well before this date because our room block will sell out! There is no harm in reserving a room before you are certain you will attend. As long as you cancel your reservation before the hotel's cancellation policy takes effect you will not be charged. Avoid the unnecessary headache of our room block being sold out by proactively reserving your room well in advance.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Stations are located on the Mezzanine Level on the northeast side ofthe Silver Legacy parking garage.
Reno Airport:
The Row (includes the Silver Legacy Resort) provides complimentary hotel shuttles every 30 minutes. These shuttles stop along the curb, outside the D Doors north of baggage claim, to pick up passengers. When you see your shuttle, please safely approach the vehicle and board as the shuttle may not stop directly in front of where you are waiting. You can track the shuttles here.
